🥃 Tasting Notes
Single Malt Whisky
Pungent and complex, this malt delivers sour fruit, spice, and a smoky note. Layered with honey, nuts, ginger, and peach, it finishes long with warming depth.
Single Grain Whisky
Floral and spiced, with red fruit and wood on the nose. The palate offers caramel, almonds, and zesty citrus, ending in a vibrant, herbal finish.
Absinthe
Grassy and peppery with bold anise, this spirit brings an assertive edge balanced by sweetness for a structured, energetic profile.

Located in the picturesque countryside near Leeds, UK, Fanny’s Distillery is a family-run artisan distillery. All our spirits are distilled on-site using our traditional Arnold Holstein still and fresh spring water from our land. We source botanicals locally and work with trusted UK wholesalers, while our grains come from traditional maltsters within a 50-mile radius.
