Free UK delivery
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £100. For smaller orders, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
Most orders are dispatched on the same or next working day, with the exception of Bank Holidays. Unless your purchase coincides with a break in supply, orders will not take more than two working days to be dispatched.
Orders placed at the weekend will normally be posted at the beginning of the following week.
Order updates
You’ll receive an email confirming your order, followed by a second email once your parcel has been dispatched – normally within one to two working days. In the unlikely event that your delivery is delayed, we’ll contact you to let you know when to expect it.

If you have any special requirements for delivery, please contact us at the time of your order and we’ll be happy to try and meet them.
